Cornerstone Door & Window, Inc. is seeking a qualified door shop foreman or experienced door shop team duo.
Specifically, we are seeking a person or persons with at least two years of qualified and proven experience working in a pre-hung door shop. Experience with all aspects of pre-hung doors, related products and related equipment is a must.
Required skills: journey level operation of Norfield Magnum pre-hung door equipment, strike routers, saws, routers, nail guns, hand tools etc.
*Residential pre-hung doors, molding, locks, etc.
*Custom entry systems
*Architectural door machining.
*Mortise locks
*Pre-hung door shop
Duties of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
*Productions of exterior and interior pre-hung door units.
*Trim packages
*Match doors
*Custom woodworking production as needed
*Loading and unloading of vendor and client trucks and vehicles.
*Interaction and communication with the other members of the team.
*Deliveries
*Inventory control.
*Vendor communication
Other Requirements for this position will include the following:
* A valid California passenger vehicle license is required,
*Candidates must be able to be insured on the companies standard vehicle insurance policy.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Must pass a drug screen
*Must pass a background check
*Excellent time management skills
