We are seeking an Environmental & Disposal Liabilities (E&DL) Audit Sr. Consultant to support our program with the US Army. This work will be performed remotely. In this position you will support the Environmental & Disposal Liability AAT. An AAT is a cross-functional team that quickly and continually assesses a situation, develops plans, and aligns resources to take effective action as quickly as possible and achieve the outcome. Uniting personnel, resources, and information in one physical or virtual location achieves more faster than the individual elements would accomplish separately.
Required Skills/Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management or CPA or CISA or PMP or CGFM or CDFM
- Experience with identification of audit risks and internal controls; develop of risk and control matrices (RACMs)
- Knowledge of federal accounting standards (i.e. FASAB) and GAAP
- Experience designing and implementing corrective actions to address audit risks
- Experience with end-to-end process mapping
- 6+ years of experience with federal financial management
- 3+ years of federal accounting experience
