The Role:
This is a great opportunity to re-shape healthcare by utilizing your clinical and counseling experience in fertility.
- The Expert (RN, NP, PA) is a clinical resource for fertility and surrogacy topics.
- The expert will provide emotional, spiritual and religious support for people on family-forming journeys of all religious backgrounds and spiritual beliefs
- The required shift for this role is M-F 8 hour shifts. Shift time ~10-6p PST.
- Understand current reproductive and fertility regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines in the US
- Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others
- Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees as needed
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards

- Optimize their overall and reproductive health
- Navigate the fertility and family-forming journey from both a clinical and an emotional standpoint
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic or a hospital clinic that addresses reproductive healthFormal training and/or professional experience, including but not limited to: chaplaincy and/or spiritual counseling, in providing emotional, spiritual and religious support in a healthcare setting for people of all religious backgrounds and spiritual beliefs
- Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family-forming related topics
- Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance
- Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility, gestational surrogacy, pregnancy, and urology topics
- Ability to function well in a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role)
- Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
- Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pregnancy and other family-forming journeys
- Fluent in any additional language skills is a bonus but not a requirement
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The salary range for this is $120,000-$130,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
