About this role . . .
The Vice President of Global Fundraising leads Biblica’s global fundraising program. In this vital role, you will spearhead fundraising efforts, securing needed funds through high-impact fundraising campaigns, empowering a dynamic development team, and fostering relationships with a diverse portfolio of donors. While you will work directly with our leadership team to build and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals, you’ll also be working with your own donor portfolio. For us it’s more than fundraising – it’s radical transformation through radical generosity.

- Knowledge of tax planning principles and techniques that favor charitable giving
- A team player with a calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress while adapting to the needs of the team and project
You Have . . .
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Five years of experience in fundraising; nonprofit fundraising experience highly preferred
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in managing fundraising teams
- Significant experience in international ministry or missions work highly preferred
- Experience in engaging with diverse cultural groups, providing a broad understanding of global Christian practices and challenges
- You must be US-based

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Working within flexible hours, including meetings outside traditional business hours.
- Traveling to various locations locally, regionally, and globally (around 50% overnight travel, including international travel)

Pay and Benefits . . .
- Salary range: 131,000-170,000 USD (Determined by qualifications/experience/location)
- 40+ hours per week
