Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Faculty
Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a full-time Board Certified or eligible OB/GYN Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Physician. The position requires a clinician with proven clinical proficiency and is expected to have an impact on all aspects of fertility care and work in a highly collaborative manner with all clinical and educational staff.
The Opportunity:
The position offers excellent opportunities in ambulatory reproductive endocrinology and infertility clinical practice, gynecologic surgery, and protected academic time for research along with resident and medical student education. Candidates should be skilled in all clinical aspects of Reproductive Endocrinology, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and reproductive surgery.
The department currently is staffed by 37 clinicians and 12 advance practice providers including OBGYN specialist, Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The department has an accredited graduate medical education program with 16 OBGYN residents and is the primary clinic site for Baylor College of Medicine, Baylor School of Medicine – Temple. All faculty are expected to pursue a clinical or full academic faculty appointment.
The REI division is composed of two board certified REI, a fellowship trained reproductive surgeon and a MD PhD lab director with embryology/andrology technicians and support staff. The REI division performs approximately 300 IVF cases per year and offers the full range of assisted reproductive technologies. The Andrology section performs 1500 semen analysis and sperm preparations a year while serving the REI division and an active Urology department with a fellowship trained male fertility specialist.
