As a Project Manager, you will manage software implementation projects for customer accounts from inception to completion. Acting as a liaison between the company and the customer, you will ensure all targets and requirements are met, and projects are successfully completed.
You will be responsible for implementing and training end-users, managing multiple, complex projects for Exterro's Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers, and creating and updating implementation materials.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Work with customers and their resources to implement end-to-end discovery workflow management solutions.
- Provide customers with guidance and support in the areas of e-Discovery, and insight into the most effective utilization of Exterro technology.
- Liaise with customers' business and IT teams to gather and produce detailed requirements and functional specifications for the system configuration process.
- Demonstrate strong analytic and leadership skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Provide demonstrations of our software solutions to customers, explaining how different features can be set up on their implementation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams through updating and delivering implementation project plans, writing customer reports to communicate meeting goals and outcomes, and maintaining data associated with customer status.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to drive solutions for customers, provide product feedback, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage all resources on the project and ultimately be responsible for the completion of all project tasks.
- Provide web-based and on-site training for customers, their outside counsel, and partners.
- Develop, maintain, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Exterro's platform functionality and capabilities.
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing SaaS enterprise software platform implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with and/or the ability to quickly grasp how corporate litigation, legal IT, and legal operations departments function and knowledge of the benefits and role technology plays in the legal environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve unique problems and navigate between details and strategic solutions.
- Proven presentation skills and experience presenting in-person and remotely using Zoom and other web presentation tools.
- Familiarity with project planning software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule to align with customers in different time zones in the US.
- High level of professionalism.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $70,000-$100,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package.
