Happy Hats for Kids in Hospitals, a heartwarming non-profit organization uplifts the spirits and brings smiles to brave and courageous hospitalized children fighting cancer and other critical illnesses. We give creative, whimsical Happy Hats and bilingual story/activity books, free of charge, to hospitalized kids and those in hospice at the end of their life's journey throughout the U.S. and beyond.

After nearly 34 years of wearing many "Happy Hats" as the Founder and Executive Director, I am seeking a special person who will take over my position as a career. We have brought more than 1.3 million smiles to the precious faces of hospitalized children fighting cancer and other critical illnesses with our exclusive gifts. Perhaps you or someone you know may be interested who has the following experience:
1. Previous Executive Director
2. Business Knowledge
3. Fundraising Experience
4. Feel comfortable asking for donations
5. Extensive administration knowledge
6. Very Organized and detail oriented
7. Has a wonderful disposition with employees
8. Willing to learn the process of how our Happy Hats
are sewn, decorated and packaged.
Many volunteers do these jobs.
9. Willing to learn shipping procedures to hospitals.
An employee does this task.
10. Must have a wonderful disposition with employees, volunteers and donors.
11. Excellent delegating skills
Hours: 9:00am-3:30pm
Days: Monday through Friday
