Goldstar Logistics Management is looking for motivated professional drivers interested in becoming part of our team. We are a small fleet that genuinely cares about our colleagues and our incredibly low turnover rate proves that. We mainly run produce and dry goods from the pacific northwest down south and bring supplies/frozen goods back up. We are very flexible with family events, doctors appointments, and vacation time.
All trucks are 2018 or newer Freightshakers. Equipped with a refrigerator, Inverter, TV, and other extras
Driving Position Requirements:
Must be at least 23 years of age
At least 2 years of verifiable experience
Background information will be obtained and reviewed on an individual assessment
Driving record must be current, within the last 30 days. Must have no more than four (3) moving violations within the past 36 months and no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 12 months.. (No DUI / DWI or Reckless driving violations)
Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug screen and road test
Must provide valid names, addresses, and phone numbers of previous employers
Must be able to perform all duties required to load and unload freight, perform inspections and be able to sit for lengths of time
Wages:
Starting Mileage pay: .60 cents per mile
Detention time paid after two hours
Layover Pay
Average Per Week Pay is $1750+
Average top 50% of our drivers annual pay: $ 90,000.00+
Pay is 1099
