The Job/What You'll Do:Kick-start your career in business analysis at AssetMark, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in process optimization and system enhancement. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as an IT Business Systems Analyst.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Concord, CA office.Responsibilities:- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications from stakeholders across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze existing business processes and systems.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
- Participate in the development of business requirement documents, process maps, and other relevant artifacts.
- Support user acceptance testing activities and ensure proper implementation of solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry best practices.
- Maintain effective communication with project teams, business partners, and IT staff.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in business analysis methodologies and tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use case modeling, requirements gathering).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry or wealth management is a plus.
Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $85,000-$100,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
