Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while efficiently managing data entry tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle client inquiries will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly logged into our systems.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of cash handling activities.
Assist with outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and data entries for future reference.
Support office operations by performing administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with office procedures and computer systems.
Excellent communication skills
Experience in client services, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
