The Role: Enterprise Project Manager
As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of complex technical and business projects. You’ll drive medium-to-large projects through all phases of the project life cycle while ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to clearly define project roles and responsibilities for all contributors. Strong risk management skills and a proven ability to solve problems are essential for success in this role.
Key Details:
✨REMOTE Role: This position requires the ability to work on-site in the DFW area 1-2 times a month to attend team meetings.
✨Expertise: Applicants must have experience managing and delivering complex content Management System (CMS)implementations to ensure seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
✨Global Impact: You’ll be part of a globally distributed team, working flexible hours (as needed) to accommodate different time zones and collaborating on projects that shape the future of leadership.
✨Travel: Expect domestic and international travel, approximately 5-10% per year, as part of this role.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct project kickoff meetings, defining roles and expectations for all contributors.
Develop and maintain project plans, RACI charts, RAID logs, schedules, and project charters, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Partner with key resources to support multiple program workstreams and deliver quality solutions.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates to teams, leadership, and the Board of Directors.
Facilitate clear communication and transparency among internal and external teams.
Foster a collaborative environment that supports problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and offer solutions to enhance project delivery.
What We're Looking For:
9+ years of experience in managing mission-critical, complex projects with a proven track record of successful technical and business project delivery.
CMS Implementation Expertise: Experience managing Content Management System (CMS) implementations, ensuring integration across enterprise platforms.
Tools & Tech: Familiarity with Salesforce, Cvent, archival/search technology, B2C/user-facing technologies, and project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Methodology Mastery: Proficient in both traditional project management and Agile frameworks.
Strong Communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
PMP or Certified Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
