Freelance Content Editor and Writer (With Based on Experience Salary)
We are a small project, seeking a dedicated freelance content editor for steady, long-term contract work. You will be responsible for editing existing articles on kinks and fetishes and eventually producing new ones, while aligning with unique voice and mission of our project.
Compensation:
- Attractive salary based on experience and volume of work.
- We are not strict about the overall word count but more on performance. In terms of rewriting the article we should expect at least 8-10 articles a week edited (we will agree on a manageable word count during an interview).

Requirements:
- Native English-speaker
- Must be able to deliver 10,000 words for new articles weekly or review 8-10 existing articles *exact terms will be discussed during an interview
- Strong commitment to original, non-AI content: you may use AI for idea generation or inspiration, but may not write or copy directly from AI
- Comfortable writing with an adult industry
- Willingness to follow our operational manuals and standards
- Ability to manage your time effectively within a flexible schedule
- Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

- Potential applicants will be required to complete a paid writing test to assess fit for the role
- After the test, you will have a meeting for onboarding purposes
Meetings & Ongoing Communication:
Onboarding meetings will help you integrate into our team and processes
After onboarding, meetings will be minimal (monthly or quarterly) just to catch up, discuss any improvements, and ensure everything is running smoothly
Growth Potential:
We currently have 100 articles to review and 1 writer that write new ones on weekly basis.
As we expand, we will also be looking to hire a content manager in the future, presenting further opportunities for freelancers.
