This is a Member Services Representative or depending on experience a New Accounts Representative position in our Willow Creek Member Services Branch.
The Member Services Representative position is a good fit for an individual who enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, providing exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided. Salary range is $18.00 – $29.35/hour, depending on experience. The New Accounts Rep is looking for a friendly, dynamic individual with a great deal of initiative who enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team. Primary tasks include informing and guiding members through CCCU deposit products and services to identify needs, and opening accounts. Customer service, cash handling, and two or more years’ related experience needed, and detailed training provided. Salary is $20.68 – $33.82/hour, depending on experience. If no previous experience, may hire for a Member Services Representative with a salary of $18.00 – $32.25.
