Your New Role
The Diversity Outreach's (DO) role is to ensure that like our audience, WBD has a truly diverse team, one that benefits from the differing perspectives, instincts, and knowledge that only true inclusivity can cultivate. This DO Lead is part of WBD's Corporate Diversity organization. You will be responsible for supporting the Diversity Outreach Director with developing, maintaining, and executing diversity recruitment, outreach and sourcing strategies for talent communities and target populations inclusive of BIPOC, women, Veteran, LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities for North America.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Work with the Diversity Outreach Director to proactively cultivate robust talent pipelines through strategic internal and external partnerships
- Partner with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to ideate and execute on highly effective sourcing tactics, while providing guidance on best recruitment practices for diverse populations
- Develop and build highly engaged talent communities by partnering with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition leads to have oversight of impactful employer branding initiatives specific to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with the data teams to drive and actively analyze key diversity recruiting performance goals and measures of success
- Design and operationalize a long and short-term diversity recruiting strategies
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, DE&I and P&C to identify talent gap areas and organizational hiring priorities
- Lead full life-cycle event management and execution of local, regional, and national experiential engagements and activations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for industry benchmarking and best practices for attracting and retaining top diverse candidates
- Support functional recruiters and sourcers in building diverse candidate pipelines at all stages of the hiring process
- Manage event contracts approvals with DO leadership and legal
- Ensure the annual budget inclusive of all national/local activations and recruitment events align with the department budget
- Identify internal Talent Ambassadors to be highlighted at industry panels, keynote speaking engagements, and workshops
- Perform other related tasks and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in human resource management, communications, business, or related field
- At least 5 - 7 years of demonstrated experience in building and implementing diversity initiatives
- Ability to develop and nurture diverse talent communities
- Knowledge and understanding of the news media, creative, film and tv development landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Demonstrate significant capability and experience developing and implementing diversity, inclusion and leadership development strategies, practices, and programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, while remaining composed, thorough and detail orientated
- Ability to be agile and pivot at short notice
- Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, creative and able to think and learn quickly
- Travel may be required

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
