Core Responsibilities:
Convert visitors into customers by asking questions to understand their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle
Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments, logging all activity in the CRM system
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Previous automotive sales experience and in-depth knowledge of automotive models, specifications, and the latest industry trends is crucial for success in this role
Commitment to customer satisfaction and demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to overcome objections
Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
We are open Monday – Saturday 8am to 9pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
