Duties
Create Fun Lessons: Plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that make learning an adventure.
Encourage Play: Use play-based activities to inspire creativity and exploration.
Support Social-Emotional Growth: Help children develop skills like empathy, teamwork, and self-awareness.
Promote Dual-Language Learning: Introduce fun activities in both languages to build bilingual confidence.
Build a Positive Classroom: Foster a welcoming, respectful, and happy classroom environment.
Track Progress: Monitor each child’s development and provide support where needed.
Partner with Families: Keep parents in the loop on their child’s progress and milestones.
Create Hands-On Activities: Plan activities that promote physical, social, and cognitive growth.
Maintain a Safe Space: Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe for exploration.
Stay Current: Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Lead Teacher Experience and Education
Must be bilingual – our dual-language program is all about expanding horizons!
1 year of experience in childcare or preschool settings – you know your way around early childhood development.
At least 12 units in ECE or Child Development – bring on that knowledge!
Curriculum development know-how – if you love creating lessons that captivate little minds, you’re already ahead.
Reggio Emilia experience? Bonus points! We love this approach.
Strong classroom management skills – guide those young explorers like a pro!
Child-led, play-based learning – because we believe kids learn best when they lead the way.
Commitment to a positive environment – help us create a space where kids feel safe, supported, and ready to build friendships.
Floater Teacher Experience and Education
1 year of experience in childcare or preschool settings – you've got a strong foundation in child development.
At least 12 units in ECE or Child Development – bring your expertise!
Classroom management skills – know how to keep young learners engaged and on track.
