We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Pressure Washing Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals with large commercial buildings and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients. This role requires exceptional sales acumen, strong communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients in the commercial real estate and property management sectors.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and clients within the Southern California region.
Present, promote, and sell commercial pressure washing services to clients through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication.
Create customized proposals and contracts that align with the needs and budget of clients.
Negotiate terms of sales and manage the sales process from initiation to close.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically in closing deals with large commercial buildings.
Strong knowledge of the commercial cleaning or related service industry is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with key decision-makers and cultivate long-term business relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Valid and clean California driver’s license.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Skills:
Sales expertise in B2B environments, particularly in commercial property management.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks for maximum productivity.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to meet client needs.
