We are a staffing agency, and we are looking to hire internally NOT TEMPORARY someone who wants the opportunity to work with one of the best rated agencies in the South Bay! We are looking for someone who is friendly and always willing to help by assisting our employees to check them in daily, help to answer their questions, be a liaison between the client, employees and management.
We are offering the first shift position; full time and it is Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends off.
The job entails but is not limited to:
* Daily checking in employees
* Showing employees how to clock in/out on our time clock
* Sending emails to client and office throughout the day
* Calling the office to notify of different situations with employees
* Calling employees to give them their schedule
* Working in an office within a warehouse environment as it is a company where they do production and manufacturing of high-end cosmetics
Must be bilingual English/Spanish to be able to communicate with all employees. If you work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment where multitasking skills and attention to detail are essential, then we want to meet with you immediately!

You do not need experience; however, we need someone who has at least two years previous office experience. We will train for the position.
