Cathedral Oaks Athletic Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pickleball Pro to join our team and help elevate our growing pickleball program. Whether you're an experienced instructor or an accomplished player with a desire to teach, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community while doing what you love!
Responsibilities:
- Lead individual and group lessons for players of all skill levels.
- Design and implement engaging, effective training programs.
- Organize and host pickleball clinics, events, and tournaments.
- Provide players with feedback on their skills and offer guidance for improvement.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and fun atmosphere on the courts.
- Promote and grow the pickleball community at Cathedral Oaks Athletic Club.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.
- A passion for teaching and sharing the love of pickleball.
- Certification from a recognized pickleball organization (e.g., USAPA, IPTPA) is a plus.
