Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director, Global Partner Programs to join our team in San Mateo. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the channel strategy across our key sales segments: SMB/C, Enterprise, Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX). This is a critical role in driving growth and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem, working cross-functionally with regional leaders to align and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Define and execute the channel GTM strategy across multiple sales segments (SMB/C, Enterprise, CX, and EX) to drive growth and market penetration.
- Partner Program Management: Analyze and optimize the partner program, including partner mix, partner types, and the overall health of the business through key performance metrics and results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional leaders, sales teams, and product marketing to align strategies and ensure consistent execution of the channel GTM.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and metrics to evaluate partner performance and the effectiveness of channel strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors to ensure our channel strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry shifts.
- Partner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
- Leadership and Influence: Lead initiatives that drive channel growth and profitability, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in channel management and strategy, preferably within Freshworks or a similar fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage and develop channel programs across multiple segments, including SMB/C and Enterprise markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and regional teams.
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with partners across different regions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
