Position: Full-Time, Full Charge Bookkeeper, 3 Years Experience Required, Hourly rate will depend on experience
A growing Tax and Bookkeeping Firm in Valencia is looking for a highly organized and detail- oriented individual. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bookkeeper job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Full Charge Bookkeeping from Bank Reconciliation to Financial Statements on Quickbooks Desktop and Online.
Quickbooks knowledge is required
• Qualifications: Minimum 3 year of full charge bookkeeping experience working in an accounting office
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• Must be a fast typist
• MUST have organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to Communicate with Clients via phone
• Must understand Debits & Credits
• Other Bookkeeping & Projects as Needed
• Preparation of Payroll
• Preparation of Payroll Tax Deposits
• Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Returns
• Preparation of W-2s/W-3s
• Preparation of 1099s/1096s
• Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Returns
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Deposits
• Preparation of Annual Business Licenses
• Preparation of Form 571-Ls
• Lacerte tax program experience a plus
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends & overtime during tax season (January 2-April 30 & September 1-
October 17)
• Must have great research skills and be resourceful
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, to work quickly and deliver under tight deadlines in a calm manner
• Must be ok with dogs
• Desire and ability to grow with the position
