Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable front desk hostess with experience in a restaurant/bar setting to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
Take accurate food and drink orders, offer suggestions, and provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions.
Deliver drinks and meals in a timely manner, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, bar areas, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat visits and build a personal following.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset, escalating to management when necessary.
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure seamless coordination and communication and help prep in the kitchen.
Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting as a server preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for connecting with guests and creating a welcoming experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Must be proactive, reliable, and able to handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism.
A passion for customer service and the desire to develop a loyal clientele.
Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
