Our clinical and non-clinical staff support each other as they work toward a common vision: Empowering people to advance exceptional care.The Human Resources Manager will support one or more physician practice locations and will liaise with teams across the business. This is an onsite role based out of the Fort Meyers, FL office.
As a Manager, the role will support critical HR functionality in the areas of employee relations, facilitation of training and development, practice policy/procedure development, employee recognition programs, and performance management. This role also partners with the corporate HR centers of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management to deliver value-added programs. Other key responsibilities of this role are to support HR initiatives, provide support to physician-led committees and participate in mergers and acquisitions as needed. The Manager will provide support for human resources responsibilities in the assigned practice/platform under the leadership of a Director or VP.
The Manager has oversight of tasks, compliance, process flow & efficiency and is the owner of clinical and/or MSO employee relations and programs. The Manager must also be a learner of strategy, a routine driver of programs and tactical oversight, a troubleshooter and contributor to solution development.
Since this role is a direct interfacing role with both the clinical and MSO teams, the role requires someone adept with balancing competing priorities that isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves, leverage HR Operational resources and be able to translate corporate guidance to the local market. The Manager should approach the work with “providing an exceptional employee experience” in mind. As such, building trust and rapport with operational and clinical leaders is imperative as the Manager supports day-to-day human resources needs.
The incumbent will have significant visibility while being supported by a collaborative and engaged HR Leader.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of exempt level HR experience, ideally in health care delivery industry
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Previous experience as an HR leader building relationships, influencing and driving change with leaders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable employee relations skills
- Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
