- Certified Commissioning Agent CxA certificate a MUST
- LEED AP a must
- This is a in office position no remote
Role and Responsibilities:
- Commissioning certification current
- Self-Starter
- Willing to lead a team and be team player
- Must have experience within a management role
- Willingness to travel a must about 20%
- Strong technical background in commercial building systems and operations
- LEED AP certified
- Provide Commissioning and Report findings as required by USGBC LEED
- Ability to administer and process all EA credits for LEED projects
- Quantifiable experience on LEED commercial projects
- Ability to interface with design and construction teams. Interpersonal skills a must.
- Ability to document and present findings in a professional manner.
- Ability to use Energy Gauge Software
- Provide Test and Balance reports as required by TBC
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external team members and clients
- HVAC training/education with work experience
- Multi-tasker even under pressure. Tight schedules may require 24 hr on-call status.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, system design experience a plus
- Ability to take Air and Hydronic measurements on HVAC systems with testing equipment and without instruction
- Ability to write a descriptive analysis of findings in both technical and non-technical language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
