CompensationCompensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Job DescriptionAs the
Manager of Dealer Services at Manheim Denver, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
In this position, you will supervise and direct the daily functions of a team in Dealer Services and Front Office. You'll work closely with Manheim customers and location operational groups to ensure that sales run smoothly both operationally and administratively. You'll also collaborate with the Field Sales Team and Corporate Major Dealer groups to meet or exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you'll promote and educate customers on the various products and services provided by Manheim.

What You'll Do:This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves working with people.
- Lead the Team: Assign support responsibilities to teams in Dealer Services as appropriate for the location and ensure duties are effectively executed by the team. You'll ensure that your team represents the Dealer Sales Lane with excellence on sale days by promoting services such as Manheim Certified. Soliciting reserve numbers from Dealers, assigning run numbers, representing vehicles on the block, working the "IF" counter, and upselling products and services.
- Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both onsite and remotely, ensuring their highest expectations of service are met. You'll work directly with customers via email and phone to establish and maintain close working relationships, good rapport, and the highest expectations of service with all commercial, dealer, specialty, and TRA accounts.
- Operational Maestro: Collaborate with various departments to ensure vehicles are ready for sale and all processes run smoothly. You'll partner with department managers, the market sales team, and other coordinators to ensure each vehicle crosses the auction block on sale day or is posted on OVE. You'll also be responsible for ensuring vehicles are re-ran if needed.
- Innovator: Educate customers on Manheim's services, including Online Vehicle Exchange, Simulcast, and Manheim.com, helping them set realistic expectations and providing training as needed.
- Problem Solver: Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining accurate account records. You'll serve as the point person for the resolution of customer issues at the location in partnership with the Field Sales Team and Corporate Major Dealer Accounts.
- Administrative Leader: Supervise the preparation of pre- and post-sale reports as required by consignors, ensuring work is completed accurately and timely, charges are correctly posted, and records are maintained according to contract requirements. You'll also oversee and supervise clerical staff to ensure paperwork is processed accurately and provided to the customer in a timely manner.
- Safety Advocate: Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. You'll work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Qualifications: Min Requirements: - BA/BS and 6 years of experience with at least 1 year experience in a management or lead role; or MS and 4 years of experience with at least 1 year in a management or lead role; or HS Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience with at least 1 year in a management or lead role.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem solving.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
- Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office Suites effectively.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity.
- Safe drivers are needed; a valid driver's license is required.
Preferred:- 2-4 years of customer service or sales support experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment:- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
- Occasional exposure to weather conditions, fumes, and noise.
