Must Be familiar with HACLA Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet.
Compensation: 50% of First Month Rent for each RFTA completed & lease signed

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing and Marketing:
• Showcase available units to prospective tenants and explain leasing terms.
• Answer questions related to property features, lease agreements, and Section 8 program details.
• Market available units through online listings, social media, and other appropriate channels.
2. Application Processing:
• Assist prospective tenants with completing rental applications and gather necessary documentation.
• Verify income, assets, and other eligibility criteria to ensure compliance with Section 8 guidelines.
• Coordinate background checks and credit screenings as needed.
3 Lease Management:
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with HUD standards.
• Conduct lease signings and explain lease terms and community rules to new residents.
• Handle lease renewals and any changes in tenant status.
