Looking to make some extra money? The Montana Maintenance Company is now hiring in Billings. We are looking to fill our Property Maintenance Technician position. During the busy season, this position entails engaging with customers, lifting and loading items and disposing of them. In Winter time, we get mostly residential calls for snow removal.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to calls in a timely fashion.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Load up, remove and dispose of items requested by client.
4. Provide photo verification prior to loading, once loading is complete and once disposal is complete.
Must have:
1. The ability to show up on time to a scheduled appointment with a client.
2. A smart phone.
3. A working truck.
4. Trailer to haul
5. A clean driving record within the past 7 years for the State of Montana.
