SUMMARY OF PURPOSE OF JOB:
Beltone Hearing Aid Center is a medical company that sells hearing aids to the geriatric population. You would be a crucial part of helping the office run properly. You would help with the Front Office and provide administrative support to the Hearing Care Practitioners. Will be trained to bill medical insurance, navigate various managed care portals, and to follow up with them to ensure payment. Must be able to give great customer service to all patients.
Role Description
• Candidates must be reliable, hard working and follow instructions. Must have a great attitude and willing to work well with other employees
• Follow up with all insurance companies to ensure payment
• Types reports, memos, letters and other correspondence
• Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, inputting clients’ information into the company portal, and maintaining records and management database systems.
• Files and retrieves documents, records and reports.
• The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and can work independently and needs little supervision.
• Spanish speaker is a plus but not necessary
Hours are 9-5pm.
