We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Secretary who’s passionate about home design and ready to make an impact. If you’re skilled with Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks, and enjoy keeping projects on track, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Commission and Financial Tracking: Set up and manage tracking systems in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets to keep project finances and commissions organized.
Project Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules with our contractors and clients to ensure every job is completed on time.
Online Store Management: Oversee online store orders from order processing to delivery, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Communication: Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with QuickBooks (tracking and calculating commissions preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for home design and construction.
Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, but not required.
