Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Help execute outreach campaigns to current and potential customers, strengthening relationships and expanding our customer base.
- Marketing Execution: Follow our detailed marketing plan to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement. You’ll work hands-on with ACT (our CRM), Google Sheets, and Excel to manage leads and track performance.
- Administrative Support: Assist our office manager and provide critical administrative help to the CEO and sales team, ensuring smooth operations. You’ll handle scheduling, documentation, and general office tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure efficient workflows and help meet company goals.
