Kebab Chef: at least 7 years experience in restaurant. Preferably experience middle-eastern, greek or persian restaurants. Experience in preparing kebabs and shawarmas is a plus.
The Kebab Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic kebabs and skewers, following the prep list created by our chefs to plan duties. You will also label and stock ingredients, measure seasonings, and prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat. Additionally, maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food storage are essential tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and be able to comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines while performing other kitchen duties as needed.
