Marin County General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvements.
We are seeking a hands-on Field Superintendent to Supervise, Coordinate and Document Construction Project Field Operations. We are Non-union and strictly work on Commercial Projects.
Responsibilities:
• Execute the work per contract documents, including plans, specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor, coordinate and direct the day-to-day construction work on the project.
• Wear a tool belt to work on smaller projects and to demonstrate practices and train crew.
• Maintain project’s field documentation, including daily logs, material receipts, timesheet review, safety meetings.
• Coordinate construction operations with client and/or construction team members.
• Schedule subcontractors and inspections to keep the job on schedule.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety.
• Complete punch list items promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and provide confidence and certainty to all team members.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, or Four years of responsible construction experience,
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of all phases of building construction.
• Excellent communication skills, be efficient, and methodical with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Valid California driver's license in good standing.
