Clipper Yacht Harbor is a first-class marina in Sausalito with over 700 berths and dry storage spaces. We are currently looking for a Marina Coordinator to join our team.
Essential Job Functions:
The Marina Coordinator reports to the Harbormaster and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our boaters and potential boaters. The primary responsibilities include taking calls, helping walk-ins, renting berths, booking rentals, managing the marina database, accounts receivables, and general office tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Front desk duties - provide exceptional customer service to walk-ins.
• Answer and prioritize all incoming calls
• Maintain data base - enter current data and charges in marina software
• Maintain a wait list for slips and process applications
• Prepare rental/license agreements and obtain all required documents
• Post monthly rent and email/mail statements
• Accounts Receivable - enter all payments
• File all boater license agreements
• Facilitate any office project requested by Harbormaster or upper management
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Strong work ethic
This is a 40 hour per week position Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. We offer an excellent benefit package including medical & dental. Retirement plan available after 1 year full-time employment.
