Yardy Rum Bar is looking for FOH staff! Looking for experienced and self-directed candidates that are focused on growing their skill set. All team members must be willing to work all positions on the floor; Host, Food-Runner and Bartender. Although some experience in service is a must, we are willing to train and grow the right person. Experience in craft cocktail bartending, line-cooking, or barista work is a plus. We are a small counter service but hospitality centered restaurant where all employees split tips evenly. You must be able to think quickly under pressure, carry food and drinks up and down stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. Please respond with resume via email.
