Overview: We are a network of established companies operating in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, expanding our footprint to the US market. We’re seeking a dedicated US-based partner to serve as the official Director of our new US LLC, facilitating our entry into North America and overseeing minimal administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a part-time, flexible commitment.
Position Responsibilities:
1- Overseeing US LLC: Serve as the authorized representative and official point of contact for our US-based entity.
2- Business Relations: Facilitate communication between our international team and US partners, ensuring smooth coordination.
3- Basic Administration: Handle essential documentation, receive letters, and perform minor company administration.
4- No Accounting Responsibilities: A third-party company will manage all accounting and tax requirements, so no financial management is required from the director.
Compensation:
1- Fixed Monthly Stipend: $750 per month
2- Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional compensation depending on company performance and market expansion efforts.
3- Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per month (flexible).
Qualifications:
1- US Residency is required for company registration purposes.
2- Experience in Business Administration or Company Representation is a plus but not mandatory.
3- English Proficiency and Professional Communication Skills to liaise with our international teams.
