Busy Real Estate Entrepreneur seeking a personal assistant to help with day to day operations. Ideal candidate must hold a current real estate license, have a basic understanding of Real Estate Sales, Property Management, construction industry, and is able to adapt to change.
Duties include:
*managing current pipeline of Real Estate escrows, Rental properties, & construction projects
*managing emails and phone calls
*running various errands such as meeting vendors, dropping of signage, and picking up keys/mail/etc.
*Some telephone sales are required
*PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE VERY HELPFUL
*MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DUTIES!
