Accounting/ bookkeeping for 9 properties -- Some residential, some commercial, some triple net. Keep track of rents, notices, leases, income and outflow, interact with tenants and personnel. Will teach property management aspects as necessary.
Work with me (and my Havanese dog) from my home office in Berkeley, off highway 13 not far from the Claremont Hotel.
Job is approximately 1 - 2 days a week depending on workflow. ( I anticipate will be more in beginning than ongoing.). Days/hours tbd. Current bookkeeper will work with you for smooth transition. Job can begin immediately and hours can be adjusted as necessary.
Candidates must have experience bookkeeping using Quickbooks and Mac, (and Excel from time to time), have a sense of humor, and patience. Experience in property management a plus.
