The role

As we grow, we need an exceptional leader to build out our Total Rewards function, ensuring our global team is well-compensated, well-cared for, and recognized for their contributions.
As the Compensation Manager, you’ll report directly to our SVP of People Operations, playing a critical role in shaping the future of compensation at Infinite Reality. You’ll design, refine, and implement programs that reflect our fast-paced, tech-centric culture while managing a small team to help execute this vision.
You’ll join a team that works hard and plays nice—where collaboration, learning, and growth are encouraged. This isn’t your typical “behind-the-scenes” HR role. You’ll be at the forefront, shaping how we attract, reward, and retain the talent that will drive Infinite Reality’s success. Your work will matter.
What you’ll do
- Maintain job architecture and job leveling frameworks that provide clarity and structure across the organization.
- Develop and manage global compensation ranges and plans using data and industry best practices to ensure competitiveness in all markets.
- Partnering with business and technical teams to assess HRIS needs as it relates to Compensation, propose options and lead integration, design and maintenance for the Compensation module
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support leadership and departmental needs, primarily with regard to reporting across HR, metrics and analytics.
- Ensuring compliance with global laws and regulations related to compensation, maintaining fairness and safeguarding against risk.
- Act as the point of contact for annual renewals, implementations, and adjustments related to compensation and equity plans.
- Continuously benchmark market trends to ensure we stay ahead in rewarding talent while aligning with our business goals.
- Taking a data-driven approach, ensuring equity and fairness in all decisions globally.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation, ideally in a global tech (SAAS) or fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience in helping to build job architecture and leveling frameworks, compensation ranges, and incentive plans.
- Experience with equity programs, executive compensation
- Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits compliance and legal standards, with the ability to maintain regulatory adherence while supporting competitiveness.
- HRIS experience and deep understanding of configurations and integrations
- Advanced data analytics expertise with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies and tell a story through data.
- A visionary approach to building and scaling programs, with an eye on the future.
- The ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, bringing thoughtful insights to the table.
- A passion for fairness, transparency, and creating benefits that fit a dynamic, innovative workforce.
Base Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
