The Position:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to have direct contact with sales and customer service people. It is especially important for this candidate to be able to work with customer service people that want to advance for higher compensation reasons, onto our technical sales and technical support team.
Many of our personnel produce a daily 7-3-1 report essentially listing seven action items from that day. This position will be involved in reviewing and evaluating the results of those efforts.
Examples would include comparing contacts that were made and what the follow up and results were two and four weeks later. Some may require monitoring for as much as three to four months. Some of our Biotech customer projects take as much as three to seven months to come to fruition.
New customer follow up. The company averages over 70 to 90 new customers MONTHLY. More than 50% of these new customers are a result of online purchases and do not receive any type of follow up whatsoever. Learning the three key components that we can provide to our customers (sealers- sorbents- flexible packaging solutions) will be an essential part of the 13-week training period that is a fundamental introduction to the company's business strategy. We're looking for a person to develop a clear thought-out plan to inform current and new customers of the company's full range of capabilities.
Qualifications:
The qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree, with a minimum of 3 – 8 years of sales team management experience (having direct reports).
Salary: $72k to 78K plus performance bonus.
