We are a Property Management and Construction Company managing units ranging from apartments to single family homes located all over the Bay Area. We are seeking a qualified construction technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Get units ready for rent - this includes painting, laying down flooring (carpet, vinyl, laminate)
- Resolve any electrical, plumbing, appliance, repairs as needed
- Install water heaters, garbage disposal , dishwasher, wall heaters, lighting, etc
Requirements:
- Applicant must have STRONG construction experience (this is not a beginner position)
- Must have a valid driver's license and truck
- Must have all basic tools
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Must be hardworking and driven
Location: Oakland , Hayward, San Francisco, Richmond
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
-8 hour shift
-Monday to Friday
-Some weekends
Salary: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
