We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated staff to provide essential support to patients, This role involves direct patient interaction, ensuring comfort and safety while promoting their overall well-being. We are requesting at this time: 4 RNs, to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications, as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor all the medicaments on the pharmacy, and have a record of all the medication.
Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and changes in condition. When needed.
Educate patients about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Perform diagnostic tests and procedures as required (e.g., blood draws, wound care, IV management).
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures.
Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other support staff.
Provide emotional support to patients during difficult times.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards of care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Region].
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
At least 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (new graduates may be considered for entry-level positions).
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, as required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
