We are looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager for Breakfast Republic locations in LA. Seeking candidates who are able to lead and work alongside their team in day to day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Cultivates a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level;
-Assures execution of staff training programs;
-Leads and influences staff through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity;
-Ensures execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs as documented
-Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high staff morale, upholding operation standards, and execution of the performance management process;
-Maintain systems which insure overall fiscal responsibility
-Set store goals by period and hold managers accountable for setting and meeting departmental goals;
-Guests: Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience;
-Actively participates in succession planning by developing promotable people;
QUALIFICATIONS
-Weekend availability, able to work 45-50 hours per week.
-2 years of General Management or comparable management experience in a similar setting required .
-Experience working and training in all FOH positions
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics,
financials and budgets
-Ability to analyze data, diagnose issues and coach management teams
accordingly
-Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks with a
sense of urgency
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
-Possess Food Handlers Card and ServSafe Managers Food
-Handlers Certification; RBS certification
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
-Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and
supplies weighing, and repetitive hand and wrist motion; working with and around hot,
cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast paced and congested environment that will
occasionally be loud, hot, cold and/or physically demanding. Must also have the ability
to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
GM starts at 73,000.00 per year
