The office manager schedules and performs daily office operations, marketing and communications. Coordinates special events on an as-needed basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Office/Administration - phones, emails, computer proficiency
2. Sunday Service (4 hrs) - event set up, greeting and
3. Advertising & Marketing - social media
4. Life’s Special Events – coordination of Life’s Special Events on as needed basis (bonus compensation)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily: seeing, hearing, talking, writing, operating tools/machinery, lifting up to 40lb, carrying, pulling, pushing, bending, climbing, sitting, standing, walking, up to 6 hours. Critical thinking and emotional intelligence and ethical leadership.
