Pay: $19.50 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, washing by hand or placing them in racks or on the conveyor to the dishwasher.
Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all items.
Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and place it in designated containers.
Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Help load and unload supplies and product.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Food service experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
