We are seeking dedicated and skilled baristas for our new cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality espresso based drinks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our coffee program.
Responsibilities
* Prepare coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including proper storage of dairy & beverage items.
* Follow food/beverage safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of drinks served.
* Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service.
* Help train new barista staff on techniques and food safety practices.
Experience
* Previous experience in a barista role.
* Knowledge of coffee/tea preparation techniques.
* Familiarity with dietary needs and restrictions is a plus.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
