Bulldog Towing and Transport is seeking to fill a part time to full time position for Dispatch / Front office. If you have experience with tow truck dispatching in the Fresno area, we would love to meet with you! The ideal candidate for this position will have strong dispatching, routing and general office experience. Previous towing office experience is preferable, but not required. Industry specific training will be provided where applicable. We are a privately owned company, in business under the same ownership since 1992. It is our goal to maintain a pleasant, professional work environment.
Qualification Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with the Fresno area and the Central Valley along with the ability to efficiently dispatch through our computer systems, route drivers and effectively communicate with customers and law enforcement
- Office experience associated with accurate and efficient invoice processing. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to coordinate customer correspondence
- Candidate must be motivated and energetic. The person in this position will be relied upon to be efficient and comfortable with periods of fast paced multi-tasking. (I.e. Multiple phone lines, data entry, counter customers)
- Experience working with the public and ability to maintain positivity and professionalism, especially with challenging customers
- Answer multi line phones with ease and efficiency
- Extensive customer service background and good communication skills
- Considerable computer software experience and strong adaptability to multiple programs
Hours: 30+ hours per week. Week day shifts of 5 to 6 hours will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm five days per week. Flexibility a plus.
Consistent attendance is crucial for this position
