We are a busy and rapidly growing spa seeking a new addition to our team. In addition to your creativity and critical thinking, you will be guiding the spa to run smoothly.
Your responsibilities for the position will include:
• Managing the reception desk and lobby.
• Answering the phone and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining the washing, drying of linens, and stocking the rooms with clean linens.
• Overseeing social media to include Facebook, our website, Google Campaign, and MailChimp.
**Proficiency in graphic design posters for advertising is a plus. **
• Processing payments of cash, credit cards and checks along with balancing the register.
• Closing and occasionally opening the spa.
This job is perfect for someone who wants to work hard and build his or her resume. You MUST be experienced in Microsoft Office, while any knowledge in Booker, Wix, Yelp, Facebook, and Google Ad Words are a huge plus. Using the Booker scheduling system will be on the job training.
You must be able to maintain a respectable business attire, must be punctual and reliable. We are open 6 days/week, some evening and weekend availability will be necessary.
