Front Desk Coordinator for Dental Pediatric Practice (part and full-time available)
Immediate opening for a motivated, self-starter, English and Spanish bi-lingual Dental Receptionist for our growing kids and young adults practice. If your a caring individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, team first attitude and love communicating with parents and young ones in person and by phone we'd love to hear from you!

• Our practice is open 6 days a week, but Saturday is our busiest day. So the ideal candidate prefers working Saturday's and open to taking a week day off.

Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and take ownership for the 1st impression of our practice and patient experience.
• Answer inbound telephone calls, and follow-up on voicemails.
• Check-in patients and insure accurate collection of patient information.
• Check and confirm patient insurance coverage
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents and reply to email and scan the patient's file.
• Plan and schedule appointments, follow up dental treatment and recalls
• Develop and implement organized systems with reporting.
• Coordinate and manage patient and parent experience with back office leads and staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and drive collections of front desk metrics and reporting.
• Update exiting training materials and presentations using MS Office.
• Collect over the counter payments.
• Perform all other administrative and office tasks.
Requirements:
• Positive attitude with strong parent and kids communication and committed to providing our patients with the highest quality office experience.
• Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented, professional environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages, e.g. Vietnamese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
• Dependable and team player is a must.
• Previous dental office administration or dental customer service experience is highly desired. DA experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and patient responsibility / obligation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office / Gsuite computer skills and Open Dental experience is a plus.
• High school or GED minimum, college degree in business preferred.
