Work at a Glance: Driving Innovation, Integration, and Efficiency in Enterprise SolutionsPosition Summary:Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture, the Senior ERP Systems Engineer is responsible for the support of all enterprise ERP applications. This position will focus on managing application changes, troubleshooting and supporting integration issues, managing application and data interfaces to other NeighborWorks corporate applications, monitoring security, improving access to information, managing vendor relationships, and providing tier-two support to business units.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other ERP systems, guaranteeing consistency in data and operational processes.
- Provide responsive customer support to business stakeholders in Finance, HR, Procurement, and others, escalating issues to ERP vendors when needed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies for all ongoing and future initiatives.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date process documentation, system configurations, user guides, and continuity plans. Ensure all documentation reflects best practices and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in ERP operations.
- Act as the primary IT&S contact during ERP system implementations and upgrades, ensuring all system changes are tested in lower environments prior to being deployed to production.
- Act as subject matter expert during the evaluation of existing ERP ecosystem replacement, taking into consideration current and future business needs. If a new ERP is chosen, take on the role of the IT&S lead overseeing its implementation.
Nature of Work Contacts:This position interfaces with the Business Process SMEs from the business units and leadership team within IT&S as well as sponsoring business units and external IT ERP support vendors.
Fiscal Responsibilities: This position will have responsibilities to complete project or application specific deliverables on-time and within budget for the assigned projects and programs.
Required Minimum Qualifications:- A minimum of six (6) years of technical and functional experience implementing and supporting ERP applications, with at least 2-4 years of integration with SaaS applications experience involving NetSuite.
- Tenured experience being a hands-on developer of integrations between ERP SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with building and using WEB Services.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand relevant business process areas especially in grants management, procurement, HR, and payroll.
- Excellent collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills including comprehension, written and verbal skills in assisting with business analysis and application development duties.
- Thorough understanding of security, process and internal and external audit compliance requirements, business continuity and disaster recovery requirements and knowledge of regulations and statutes applicable to enterprise business applications.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience implementing and supporting UltiPro, Workday, or comparable ERP system is strongly recommended.
Working Conditions:- Travel: Up to 10%.
- Physical/Sensory Demands: Fast-paced working environment, extensive computer usage. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Salary Range: $103,000 - $125,000The salary offered for the role will be based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, internal equity, and the candidate's qualifications/professional experience.

NeighborWorks America undertakes several major capital budget IT project initiatives to meet the company's current and future mission, goals, objectives and ongoing business requirements.
