Position:
Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Customer Support
Coordinate with customers regarding sales orders, delivery schedules, and other related matters.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
General Product Recommendations.
Customer communications and info management.
Engage in communication with clients based on the information and guidelines established by the supervisor.
Record and update customer information, special requests, etc...
Process new order email: Checked the availability of the inventory, replied, and confirmed with the client.
Process backorder: Recording, following up, and updating the backorders, to ensure the backorders ship out on time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills (In-person, through phone calls, and email communication)
High school Diploma (required)
High work ethic and the intention to grow within the company
Well-organized with attention to detail within customer service communications
Dedicated and motivated
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish/German/Italian (preferred)
